I need a new website for cchomelesscoalition.org like yesterday. The focus is a homeless shelter with secondary focus on families with children and hunger.
The content pix and text will be done by others as soon as the temp site is up.
Requirements from my view, subject to input:

Newsy stuff
Component for volunteer sign up and a separate donate now (PayPal ?)
grabs emotions and social responsibility brain waves.
some sort of content management system structure so graphics and text can be staff updated daily.
I can provide web sites that have great start points.
